Eric did a fantastic job! He’s the best technician we’ve ever had.
Anthony was great. Much appreciate him coming over on a Sunday.
The company I worked with before, was purchased by Alaskan- decided to give them a try as my AC unit it’s only seven years old went out. When I called, they have an AI agent ‘Diana’ that made the appointment it was over the weekend so I decided to go with it.. there was confusion/frustration with the appointment. Due to AI, however, the technician did show up, and the technician was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He did resolve the issue. The issue was actually due to an animal. It happens out here. The confusion lies with the cost for me. The surface took an hour, and the part was still covered under the 10 year warranty of my system, so the company will get reimbursed for the part so there is no cost for the part. But the charge to replace the part how is that $400 for labor? It looks like a battery and it just had to be removed the new part attached and plugged into the features. I understand I need to pay this man for the work that’s not my issue. He did a great job. My system is running, and the whole thing took about an hour for him to check all the systems. Who makes $400 an hour.?????? Wanna charge you to cover warranty on it. Why wouldn’t they cover the warranty for a brand new item that they already put it? Why do I have to pay for your company to warranty the work that they’ve already done? Why are you charging me more money? That does not leave good intentions with me about your company. The worker was great. He was knowledgeable. He was not my issue. He has to charge what his tablet tells him to charge. I saw that this is a company issue.
Eric was diligent when searching my AC problem. He was very courteous and explained the situation well.

RJ was able to explain the benefits to certain items we were considering adding to our HVAC system, and how we were actually saving money with the warranty program.
